1. Agreement and operator
These Terms govern your use of the AIRPORTRUN website, mobile experiences, booking tools, rewards features, and airport transportation services. AIRPORTRUN is operated by LEADSMODE LLC, doing business as AIRPORTRUN, in Connecticut, United States. By requesting or purchasing a ride, you agree to these Terms and the policies displayed during checkout.
2. Our service
AIRPORTRUN provides airport-focused booking and trip-coordination services. A ride may be performed by AIRPORTRUN or by an appropriately licensed and insured independent transportation provider. The identity of the performing provider may be supplied before pickup. Availability is not guaranteed until a booking is confirmed.
3. Bookings and accurate information
You must provide complete and accurate pickup, destination, date, time, passenger, luggage, contact, accessibility, child-seat, and flight information. Review every trip leg before payment. You are responsible for ensuring that the selected vehicle safely accommodates the passengers and luggage in your party.
Your booking confirmation and reference code describe the services purchased. A quote may expire or change before payment if trip details, availability, tolls, parking, taxes, airport charges, requested stops, waiting time, or other material route factors change.
4. Prices, payments, credits, and gratuities
Charges are shown before purchase and processed through our payment providers. You authorize AIRPORTRUN and its processors to charge the selected payment method for the confirmed fare and any properly disclosed additional charges. Promotional, reward, or travel-credit codes are subject to their stated eligibility, expiration, and usage rules and have no cash value unless required by law. Gratuities are voluntary unless a mandatory service charge is clearly disclosed before payment.
5. Pickup, flight monitoring, and waiting
Flight monitoring helps us coordinate airport pickup but does not replace your responsibility to provide updates and remain reachable. Meet-and-greet location, included waiting time, and any waiting charges will be shown in the booking flow or confirmation. If you cannot locate your chauffeur, contact AIRPORTRUN before leaving the pickup area or arranging alternative transportation.
Traffic, weather, security restrictions, airport rules, road closures, and flight operations can affect timing. Pickup and arrival estimates are not guarantees. You should allow enough time for airport check-in and security requirements.
6. Changes, cancellations, and no-shows
The change, cancellation, refund, and no-show terms shown for your ride during checkout or in its confirmation form part of these Terms. A material change may require repricing or a different vehicle. Late cancellations and no-shows may be non-refundable because a vehicle and chauffeur have been reserved. If AIRPORTRUN cancels a confirmed ride and cannot provide a reasonable alternative, the affected transportation charge will be refunded.
7. Passenger responsibilities
Passengers must follow applicable law, airport rules, safety instructions, seat-belt requirements, and reasonable chauffeur directions. Smoking, illegal activity, harassment, dangerous conduct, and damage to a vehicle are prohibited. Service may be refused or ended when safety is at risk. You may be charged for verified cleaning, repair, parking, toll, or waiting costs caused by your party beyond normal use, where permitted by law.
Minors must travel with an authorized adult unless AIRPORTRUN expressly agrees otherwise in writing. Child restraints must be requested in advance and remain subject to availability and local requirements. Service animals are accommodated as required by law; other animals require prior approval.
8. Accounts and acceptable use
Keep account credentials and booking references secure. Do not misuse the platform, interfere with its operation, submit fraudulent bookings, scrape protected content, evade security controls, or use another person’s payment method without authorization. We may restrict access to protect customers, providers, AIRPORTRUN, or the platform.
9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AIRPORTRUN is not responsible for losses caused by events beyond reasonable control or for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, or limits rights you have under applicable consumer-protection law. Claims involving the performance of transportation may also be subject to the performing carrier’s lawful terms and insurance.
10. Governing law and changes
These Terms are governed by Connecticut law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts with jurisdiction in Fairfield County, Connecticut will be the venue for disputes unless applicable law requires otherwise. We may update these Terms prospectively. The effective date above identifies the current version.
